Playmakers is reviving this ever-popular tour dealing with the topic of HEALTH.

This delightful, funny and fast-paced musical begins at the brain and takes the students through the body while they learn about the respiratory and circulatory systems among others. Students will also learn how to stay healthy!

Playmakers professional actors take you on this incredible journey with enthusiasm and expertise! At each school, students will be chosen from the audience to become red blood cells and that take the phenomenal journey.

And that’s not all…

Each school will receive a Teacher’s Resource Guide to use in the classroom. The Guide follows the Louisiana Teaching Guidelines for K-4. The activities are designed to introduce students to the concepts explored in the play. The activities are categorized by grade levels and are prepared so that teachers may incorporate the entire unit or just one activity or exercise prior to or after the children see the play.
